While working at Adobe, I developed a multi-disciplinary design program to positively impact our community. I led pro bono projects for external non-profit organizations, facilitated workshops internally, externally, and worked to elevate design culture. My team sought to produce work that demonstrated industry leadership and explored new ways that technology can be used to drive engagement.
Our projects also provided opportunities for employees to do meaningful work, engage with new people, and expand their skillsets while working for a good cause. Some of our community partners included The Center for Complicated Grief, San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, The Museum of Photographic Arts, San Francisco Conservatory of Music, Oxfam, and Minnesota Street Project.
